Kuvex is built for the companies whose product is the software — SaaS and POS builders with real merchants. We're selecting a small group of design partners to build on Kuvex first.
You have a web-based POS or SaaS product, real merchants using it, and no desire to build payment infrastructure yourself.
Work directly with the team, integrate ahead of general availability, and lock in terms that reward being early.
Typical flat-rate processing runs 2.9% + 30¢ online and around 2.65% + 10¢ in person — and none of it reaches the software company. Your product creates the volume; someone else keeps all the economics.
Kuvex prices on interchange-plus, so merchants pay closer to true cost — and the margin that remains is shared with the ISV who brought the merchant.
| Revenue share | Flat platform fee | |
|---|---|---|
| How merchants are priced | Interchange-plus — true cost, plus a transparent margin | Interchange-plus — same transparent pricing |
| What you earn | A share of the margin on every transaction your merchants process | Nothing from processing — you keep your software pricing simple instead |
| What you pay | No platform fee | A fixed monthly fee per active device |
| Who owns the merchant relationship | You do. Kuvex opens and underwrites the accounts; the customer is yours | |
| Settlement | Monthly, with a statement | — |
| Best for | SaaS with real merchant volume who want payments as a second revenue line | Teams that want predictable costs and no payments accounting |
| Exact numbers | Set in your agreement — and we'll put them in writing before you integrate, not after | |
Merchants you bring generate payment volume; the economics are shared. Your software stops being adjacent to the money and starts being part of it. Details in the application conversation.
